This past weekend, Glasgow-based sales and marketing firm, Central Adlantic, travelled to London to attend a two-day national industry conference. The company has spoken openly about its excitement to start applying the information that it learned.

The management team at Central Adlantic spent the weekend in the UK’s capital attending two business conferences, organised to help business owners from all over the UK to learn new information and strategies to implement to take the business forward.

Entrepreneurs and business owners from all over the UK travelled to London to attend the invite-only event. The business conferences were held at the 5-star Hilton London Bankside which offers state-of-the-art event space. Attendees gathered in the Bankside Ballroom, an impressive and versatile space that opens out into the balcony and lobby areas. The meeting on Saturday, January 27th was focused on talent acquisition and was attended by business owners and recruiters within the industry.  Commencing at 10 a.m. the meeting was opened by one of the most high profile and influential figures within the industry. The days’ itinerary included eight guest speakers who are at the top of their game within digital marketing, marketing and sales and recruitment. The eight guest speakers spoke on various subjects including; how to drive recruitment, talent acquisition in 2018, creating a cohesive recruitment process, top tips on brand management and how to build an impactive personal and professional brand.

On Sunday, January 28th, delegates attended the second day of events, back in the Bankside Ballroom. The objective of the Sunday meeting was to provide attendees information to grow their business. Speakers on the day covered the following topics; identifying and developing key people, driving sales, effective meetings to run, how to rapidly expand, essential conversations and finances.

The management team at Central Adlantic left London feeling motivated and excited to start applying the information learned at the two-day conference. “Having the opportunity to hear from some of the most successful people in the industry was incredible.
